Hi there and welcome!
Do you find yourself struggling with your intimate relationships? As an adult, this can be relationships with a romantic partner, your family, or socially with friends.
Is it hard for you to be vulnerable and connect with others? I specialize in all the ins and outs of relationships, whether it be talking about those scary and uncomfortable things called feelings, helping people navigate difficult life stresses and transitions, or exploring new ways of interacting and relating with important people in your life. Whatever your unique situation is, I am here to help and walk alongside you on your healing journey.
I view counseling as a collaborative and relational process where the foundation is built on mutual trust and commitment. The relationship between counselor and client is the vehicle through which change can occur. It is my intended goal to create a safe, trusting, supportive and non-judgmental environment. I enjoy helping clients gain personal insights and develop a deeper understanding of themselves to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. It would be an honor to join you on your healing journey and provide additional support along the way.
I primarily utilize an integrative approach, leaning heavily on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a focus on arousal regulation, mindfulness, and attachment theory.

Outside the Office
I love cooking and am constantly looking for new recipes to hone my skills. I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, and am always down for a new adventure or activity (bouldering is a new favorite!). I also enjoy curling up with a cup of coffee and a good book.
“It’s never too late to become who you want to be. I hope you live a life that you’re proud of, and if you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start over.”
