Meet Susan

Over the past 14 years in private practice, I have developed my clinical specialties to address the unique challenges of adult males, couples, and moms. I am ultimately fascinated by the notion of “life” and where it organically takes us. In addition, I have focused my studies on the notion of long-term romantic relationships, and how they mirror the relationships that we had with our caretakers.

My therapeutic approach is authentic, genuine, and open-minded. I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (top-down approach) and systems theory (relational approach) to a full mind and body approach (bottom-up). Ultimately, I strive to help people build healthy relationships with themselves and others.
