Are you conflicted, unhappy, in crisis, in transition, struggling with mental health symptoms, or just feeling that something is off? Are you struggling with consistent conflict or miscommunication in your relationships and ready to do something different? Change isn’t easy and sometimes even scary but I can help you embrace change to enhance your relationships. I offer non-judgmental support around the challenges and stressors you’re dealing with.

I have experience working with individuals, couples and families in developing healthier emotional connections and more effective communication. We’ll work together to help you recognize parts of your belief system or behavioral patterns that might be contributing to challenges in your life.

I work from a relational approach to help you address feelings and beliefs to improve quality of life. I’m a compassionate but direct and directive therapist here to help you achieve your mental health goals.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, serving clients in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a gentle, evidence-based trauma therapy that helps the brain process and resolve distressing memories, emotions, and experiences. Using guided eye movements and imagery, ART can reduce the emotional intensity of past events and support faster relief from trauma, anxiety, and other distressing symptoms—often in fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy.

Cost per Session

SGA Counseling does not file with any insurance, however, we can provide Superbills to clients to file direct reimbursement for out of network coverage. We also accept HSA and offer sliding scales. Please contact us for more information!
