Hello neurodivergent individuals and couples! If you’re feeling isolated, misunderstood, or having a lack of connection in your relationships, I’m here to help you! I am an encourager and advocate for families & individuals who struggle with neurodivergence. In our sessions, I will encourage you towards self-discovery, healing, and growth. Therapy with me will always be a collaborative effort – you are the leader of your own healing.

Couples or families with at least one person who is neurodivergent can deal with more miscommunications that others. If you have been experiencing more frequent or intense arguments with someone you care about, this could be a factor. As a neurodiverse individual myself, I know first hand how frustrating and isolating this can be in your relationships.
