Since the age of thirteen, I have always known that I wanted to be a therapist. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Denver. After graduation, I moved back to Austin and pursued a career in Adult Probation. After realizing that counseling was my true passion, I enrolled in the counseling program at St. Edward’s University and received a Masters in Counseling with a concentration in Professional Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. After graduation, I worked at Gardner Betts Juvenile Detention Center as a Senior Counselor. Since then, I have been in private practice full-time. Although, I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families in several different capacities, my primary focus is working with adult males, mothers and couples looking to improve their relationship. I have dedicated most of my career to researching the foundation of healthy, long-term relationships.
