Supervision can be deeply rewarding and at times – overwhelming. The Wingspan Supervision Consult Group is a space for experienced clinicians to slow down, connect, and receive support from trusted colleagues who truly understand the work of clinical supervision.

Together, we’ll strengthen our skills, stay current with board rule changes, and share the kind of professional community that keeps our work vibrant and sustainable.

MEET SUSAN

Course Content

This small, supportive group meets six times over the course of one year, every other month. Each three-hour session includes:

  • Case consultation on complex supervision dynamics

  • Discussion of current rule and ethics updates relevant to supervisors

  • Learning and reflection on supervision models and approaches

  • Community connection and ongoing peer support

  • Referral opportunities within a trusted network of supervisors

CEUs for LPCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs are included at no additional cost (a total of 18 CEUs: 6 ethics, 6 supervision, 3 cultural diversity, 3 general hours).

Commitment & Schedule

Participants commit to attending all six meetings to maintain consistency and trust within the group.
Meetings will begin on Friday, November 14th, 2025 at 10am – 1pm and will continue every other month through 2026.

Investment

  • Full Series (6 meetings): $570

  • Per Group Option: $100 per meeting
    A $100 deposit is required to secure your spot and will be applied toward your first group meeting (November 14, 2025).
