Life is filled with unexpected twists and turns. I partner with my clients to help them understand and design a path that feels authentic, meaningful and manageable. Whether you are hoping to learn tools to better manage your anxiety or depression, communicate more effectively with your partner, or discover and develop your most authentic self, I am here to support you on your journey. My areas of speciality include couples, families, teens, and individuals going through life transitions. Compassion, respect and a healthy dose of humor are at the core of my work with clients.

My areas of specialization include working with couples to communicate more respectfully and openly. I also love connecting with teens and families as they navigate the rocky waters of adolescence. My hope is to provide a safe space and listening ear, supporting my clients to live their lives with confidence and authenticity.
