I work with children, adolescents, individuals, and families to create a collaborative environment where healing and growth can unfold. I have experience supporting individuals and families navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including co-occurring concerns.

My approach is warm, relational, direct, and grounded in authenticity. I prioritize building genuine connections with my clients and believe that meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship with clear communication to help clients move toward their goals. While therapy involves deep and purposeful work, I also believe it doesn’t always have to feel heavy. I value bringing in creativity and humor when it fits, helping sessions feel engaging, approachable, and sometimes even fun!
